Brought my laptop into The BitWorks for repair. The back of the case had broken and fallen off. They figured out it was not repairable so I purchased a new laptop there. Just last week my husband said that he needed some work done on his computer and we like to use local businesses to get this type of work done. We looked up the Bitworks and went into Taylors Falls to see their shop. We were pleasantly surprised with the location and dropped off the desktop for repair. We had some work done and some other issues appeared when we got it home! I called and Riley and the owner of Bitworks worked to get it fixed. (A driver issue). Today it is fixed and working better than ever! Please give this business a try if you have ANY issues with your computers or phones. It will be great to have them as a local resource and keep them in business!

The service at bitworks is awesome and the technicians are fantastic. I have used their services in Taylors Falls twice to fix damaged pins for the electronic in my snowmobiles and it saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. I highly recommend using them to everyone that has a similar issue.

The BitWorks in Taylors Falls fixed my laptop in a very timely fashion after other repair shops had failed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very happy with the service I received and will recommend this shop to my family and friends.

Brought my phone in for what one would think to be an easy and common repair. I was told it would take 45min to an hour. After an hour and a half I was told that a ribbon had broken and that he didn’t have one in stock to fix and that the owner was out but he would check with him and get back to me that evening. Ok. At 5:30 or so that evening, they called and said that the ribbon is fine and they can put the phone back together and it would be ready in the morning. I called back in the morning to see if it was ready and was told that another ribbon had broke but the phone should be ready in an hour. I gave them an hour and a half and went in to pick it up. Sorry. It’s not ready. I will call you later. The owner is at a Dr appt until noon. Ok. So I get a call back saying that they have to order a part and it should be here tomorrow. You can either leave the phone longer or I can put it back together for you but the home button won’t work. I will pick it up and drop it back off when the part comes in, that will be easy to just replace the ribbon. Should only take about 20-30 min. 2 and a half hours later my phone is repaired. I was told I would get a discount. Umm. Didn’t look like it as it was still $145. I get things happen. But this was not good business.

I had a great experience having my mac repaired here by Mark. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running smoothly.

I stopped at the Forest lake loctaion. It was a very clean and welcoming. The staff was so nice and helpful. I look forward to my next chance to visit them.

These guys are smart, fast, patient and kind. You don't find all four of these qualities in any other computer place in the area. You won't feel like you're being "sold" when you walk into the store. If you want to talk to a technician right away, if they are not "on site" one will come out and discuss your concerns with you. Your device will be fixed promptly and correctly. If you cannot or do not want to bring it to the store, someone who will remote to your location and help you - affordably!

The BitWorks, Inc. designed and had my desktop computer custom built so it has no "demo" software and lots of memory. I've been a customer for over 5 years and particularly enjoy being able to do remote diagnostics and repairs. All their staff are polite and knowledgeable plus their prices are very reasonable. I depend on them for ALL my computer needs.

BitWorks did a great job quickly repairing an old iPhone of mine. The entire team at the Forest Lake location was kind and courteous during the repair process and the bill was very reasonable. Thanks to BitWorks' quick work, I was able to surprise a friend with a replacement phone for her birthday. As a result, she no longer feels the stress caused by watching her previous phone slowly disintegrate. If I ever need a cell phone or a computer repaired in the future, BitWorks will be my first (and only) stop.

I have had several issues with my computer lately and JR has always provided quick, reliable repairs. The Bitworks is definitely a top notch business to deal with any IT related problems.

I stumbled upon this business tucked right in the middle of Taylors Falls. This team of people are fantastic! I have used them a couple times now. They are knowledgeable and professional!
